we bring them to your property. My buyer meets with
Villa Park Financial and goes
over a financing program and when we bring them to your property they have been
already qualified. We also have a wide range of lenders and loan brokers who have
worked closely with our office and will customize a financing plan for your property.
These financing alternatives will be placed in your home and will explain the various
loan amounts, rates, terms, etc.
We can save you money on your loan because our
business is selling homes not selling loans. We do not charge points on our loans
and also have a minimum amount of fees. Normally we only charge:
$500 for processing
$20 for credit report
$375 for appraisal
