The Weather in North Tustin is excellent all year round and the average rainfall is only 11 inches per year. The temperature is such that your hardly ever need a sweater, not even in the evening. Flowers and plants grow year round and farmers can usually get two crops per year.
Shopping in North Tustin is excellent and the largest shopping center is North Tustin Marketplace at the 5 Freeway and Jamboree. Almost every store can be found there. The older shopping area is found along Newport and offers an abundance of stores.
Another area we hear about is North North Tustin . This is the unincorporated area north of North Tustin , but is actually called Santa Ana 92705 by the post office. It is sometimes difficult to tell where North Tustin stops and North North Tustin begins. Many of the homes in the North North Tustin area are custom homes and have excellent views. These home sell for more money than the homes in North Tustin which are tract homes. It would not be inaccurate to say that the average home in North North Tustin in the hills would sell for an average of $1,000,000. By driving through the area of North North Tustin one can see the large elegant homes and would desire to live there.
